Meet Your Coach

Shane Phillips is an ISSA certified Master Trainer, which means he isn’t only a Personal Trainer, but he is a Health Coach, Nutritionist, Bodybuilding Specialist and so much more. He started his fitness journey in 2015 after becoming diagnosed with Meningitis. After being hospitalized for a while, he had lost a lot of weight  and after taking time to recover, he decided it was time to hit the gym. There is when he developed his passion for fitness and nutrition. From there, he developed his passion for helping others live healthier lives and becoming the best version of themselves.
